1)      Biddability and Constructability Reviews during preconstruction. Design peer review.

2)      Value Engineering to identifies ways to increase value to the Owner and/or reduce overall cost, schedule, and risk.

3)      Budgeting and Estimating, from conceptual rough orders of magnitude (ROMs) to detailed estimates and breakdowns with various options.

4)      Scheduling, including long-term master planning, creation of construction schedule, monthly updates, weekly updates, delay recovery, and claims support.

5)      Pay Application initiation and monthly preparation, monthly review and critique, and cash-flow projections.

6)      Cost Management, from overall budget set-up and management to detailed change proposal preparation or review and change order negotiations and preparation.

7)      Quality Control / Quality Assurance, from development of QC/QA procedures, Site Specific QC Plan, to final punchlist and turnover.

8)      Submittal review, including compliance with plans/specs and coordination between trades.

9)      RFI review, including change management and Owner advocacy.

10)  Revision control, including as-built documentation and verification.

11)  Meeting attendance and/or facilitation, including preparation of agenda and minutes.

12)  Risk management, preventing or mitigating delays and/or cost over-runs.
